1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website eduglobalinstitute.com and any associated subdomains, APIs, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement (the "Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. In addition, when using particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, or privacy policies applicable to such services, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EduGlobal Institute.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform; users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
  • Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Educational Services & Guarantees

EduGlobal Institute provides elite academic mentorship, diagnostic testing, consulting services, and proprietary curriculum delivery (collectively, the "Services"). Our offerings include, but are not limited to, Olympiad preparation frameworks, Ivy-League admissions consulting, and the Syamabala™ Diagnostic Engine.

2.1 No Outcome Guarantees

While we provide historically proven frameworks for success in Olympiads and elite university admissions, we do not mathematically guarantee specific scores, acceptances, rankings, or outcomes. Academic success remains fundamentally the responsibility of the student's individual effort, execution, and external circumstances beyond our control.

2.2 Service Description

  • Mentorship programs are advisory in nature and do not replace formal schooling.
  • Diagnostic results reflect algorithmic assessment and are not official certifications.
  • Curriculum access is licensed, not sold, and is non-transferable between user accounts.
  • Session recordings, if provided, are for personal review only and may not be redistributed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Platform—such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the underlying source code—is the exclusive property of EduGlobal Institute or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3.1 Proprietary Systems

This includes explicit references to the Syamabala™ Engine, proprietary curriculum structures, assessment algorithms, question banks, and methodology documentation. These constitute trade secrets and confidential business information.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, scrape, mirror, or use said content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from EduGlobal Institute. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

  • Unauthorized scraping of our diagnostic engine data is strictly prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering of any platform algorithms is a breach of these Terms.
  • Trademarks and service marks may not be used without prior written consent.

4. User Conduct & Lead Submission

When submitting forms, applications, inquiries, or any data through our portal (collectively, "Submissions"), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent inquiries, impersonation, or submission of false academic credentials.
  • Malicious use of our backend API infrastructure, including automated bots or scripts.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Platform.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward staff, mentors, or other users.

Violations will result in immediate account termination, permanent IP bans, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases of fraud or cybercrime.

5. Modifications to Service

EduGlobal Institute reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. This includes feature updates, pricing changes, curriculum revisions, and platform maintenance windows.

You agree that EduGlobal Institute shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes via email or platform notifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduGlobal Institute and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

This applies regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability asserted. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to EduGlobal Institute in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EduGlobal Institute is primarily registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For our users in the United Kingdom, United States, UAE, India, and Singapore, local consumer protection laws apply where they are mandatory and cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
